Aretrop Limited was contracted to restore an abandoned building in Bormla and carry out all the finishing works to transform it into new apartments to be used for social housing. 

Project consisted of:

• General cleaning and clearing works.
• Removal of old paint, cementious renders and joints. 
• Careful restoration of old masonry walls and ceilings (xerok).
• Pointing and plastering with dehumdifying Natural Hydraulic Lime plaster and painting of old masonry
• Rendering and painting of new walls
• Facade works
• Floor screed and tiling of floors and bathrooms
• Marble laying of common areas and stairs
• Steel railings
• Timber & aluminium apertures
